Our Journey

I, Russell Miller, graduated from Auburn University in 1984 with a degree in Animal Science. After graduation, I owned and operated a 1,100-sow farrow-to-wean facility until 2002. I have always had a passion for raising cattle and began to raise freezer beef for family and friends. Raising freezer beef was a way of taking my passion and using it to develop a quality product that reflects our care and effort that people appreciate. In the beginning, most of our growth came from word of mouth, but people are now searching for quality and safe beef. Our small part-time hobby has grown into a thriving, full-time farm.
