In the past, you made two separate payments; one to us and one to the processor. Now, you will make one payment to Miller Beef, LLC.

Grocery store beef prices have soared in the last three months, our cost will remain the same, but the processor increased his price to $.80/lb. Therefore, this year’s cost will be $3.75/lb on a live weight which now includes the processing fee. With the extreme fluctuation in cost of feeder cattle, this price could change without notice. 

Here is a breakdown of what that might look like depending on the live weight and bulk portion that you reserve:

Whole cow 1100 lb x $3.75/ lb =$4125

Half cow 550 lb x $3.75/lb =$2062.50

Quarter cow 275 lb x $3.75/lb = $1031.25
